Believe it or not, this versatile salad can be consumed both as an appetizer and as a regular meal. Quinoa is a nutritious cereal that is one of the primary ingredients of this delicious salad. If you cannot find it in your local grocery shop, you can use oats or couscous as a substitute. Salads and soups almost always have ample scope for experimentation. Addition of bell peppers and cucumber can give more color and flavor to this salad. Make sure you use the best quality extra virgin olive oil for this salad's dressing.
