Make this unique pizza preparation with a delicious topping made of mango dices along with broccoli and loads of soy cheese for a truly awesome flavor.

Ingredients:
- 300 gm ripe mango slices
- 250 gm broccoli (chopped)
- 200 gm soy cheese (grated)
- 150 gm carrots (sliced)
- 1 large pizza base
- 1 large tomato (chopped)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 6 to 7 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs
- 1/4 cup fresh cream (condensed)
- pinch of white pepper powder
- pinch of lime extract
- oodles of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Take a greased pizza tray and arrange the pizza base on it.
- Mix white pepper powder and lime extract in condensed fresh cream.
- Whip it for about a minute and make a layer on the base.
- Apply a layer of peanut butter on top of it.
- Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes on it.
- Sprinkle dried herbs and continue with a layer of carrots and broccoli.
- Add mango slices and season with black pepper, salt and generous amount of extra virgin olive oil.
- Top it with shredded soy cheese and make sure it spreads evenly across the entire topping.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot with apple juice and cheese sticks.
