Crispily fried fingersAnything deep fried is so much loved by my family members. Today we have lobster tails with a crispy and spicy seasoning. Generally, I make it with gravy or blend with a pasta preparation. Instead of using pepper and cheese dip, you can make your own tamarind and coriander sauce to make it fierier. You can repeat the same process for squids and shrimps too. You can easily keep these fried lobster tails for up to 2 to 3 days in a refrigerator. It's a perfect snack for cocktail parties or one can also serve it with tea. If you're making them in bulk, do not fry them completely and refrigerate. Just before serving, fry them till they reach the right color and serve hot. Let's make this crispy and yummy snack.
