Apart from broccoli and tofu, the leek is also used in the stuffing in a generous amount. Non-vegetarians can easily add chicken, mutton or fish fillets in these yummy dumplings provided you slightly increase the thickness of the shell. While steaming these dumplings, make sure they not very near to the source else they will break right there in the container. You must serve these dumplings with a sauce, preferably a combination of soy and seasoned tomato sauce.
