Try out this simple yet flavorful preparation made with cauliflower and fresh cherry tomatoes seasoned with select and spicy ingredients for an awesome taste.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm cauliflower (chopped)
- 200 gm cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder
- bunch of coriander (chopped)
- 4 tsp cooking oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Wash cauliflower pieces under running water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add chopped onions in it.
- Saute till they turn light brown and add ginger garlic paste.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn tender and cooked.
- Add cauliflower pieces and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Add paprika, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder and salt.
- Add 4 tsp of water and cover the lid.
- Simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot with bread or Indian naan.
