Thyme Chicken with Garlic and Asparagus

Thyme Chicken with Garlic and AsparagusI can experiment with chicken recipes throughout the year and still it will be less. Today's exotic chicken breast is coated with garlic, turmeric, thyme and other dried herbs. Do not try to substitute thyme with some other herb else you may not get the original flavor. I've used both fresh and dried thyme for this recipe. The fresh one goes in the marinade base and the other one is sprinkled on top to get the right aroma. The leftovers of this chicken can be included in toasted sandwiches or soups. I've used lemon and asparagus for garnish which can be further enriched with bell peppers and iceberg lettuce. Use fresh groundnut or sunflower oil for grilling to get a unique aroma that gels so well with this marinade.
