Beans and Potato Patties with Oats and CarrotsWho doesn't love crispy patties seasoned with delicate herbs. Today's patties can either be consumed as a simple snack or can be used within a regular burger. We've used white beans and potatoes as the base for these patties. The crunchiness of the outer shell is obtained through oats. I've also added little bit of carrot to add color and some moistness. Since you're already adding carrots, make sure mashed potatoes and beans are completely moisture-free else the base will not be firm enough to hold the patty. Once patties are done, do not forget to serve them with a spicy coriander sauce to get the well deserved praise from your family and friends. Let's quickly make this crunchy and delicious snack.
