
Peppery Spaghetti with Green Beans and Chicken

Make your breakfast merrier with this wholesome spaghetti preparation which consists of tasty green beans and loads of spiced up boneless chicken chunks.

Ingredients:
- 300 gm whole wheat spaghetti
- 250 gm boneless chicken
- 250 gm green beans (slit or chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- basil and cilantro (for garnishing)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves (mashed)
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp red chili paste
- pinch of malt vinegar
- 1 tsp onion paste
- 6 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti in 2 liters of boiling water for about 3 minutes.
- Drain all the water and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large wok.
- Add mashed garlic and onion paste in it.
- Saute for about 3 minutes on a medium flame.
- Add green chilies and tomatoes.
- Stir fry for one more minute and add green beans.
- Add 3 to 4 tsp of water and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces, red chili paste and soy sauce with malt vinegar.
- Continuously stir fry for 3 more minutes.
- Add spaghetti, black pepper powder and salt.
- Toss well and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Switch off the flame and take out spaghetti in a large serving plate.
- Garnish with basil and cilantro and serve hot.
