Creamy Pea Soup with Pepper and Cilantro

Creamy Pea Soup with Pepper and CilantroPea is a versatile green vegetable that can be used in different forms. Today's soup base is formed with green peas combined with a generous amount of cilantro. I'll strongly advise avoiding the use of canned peas for this soup. When used in a generous amount, peas can leave a sweet taste which can be balanced with peppers. You can also use mint leaves in place of cilantro. One can also add some spinach leaves to this soup base to add more flavor. If you decide to add both spinach and mint leaves, reduce the amount of mint to half. This soup should be consumed hot and on the same day as the refrigerated version tastes completely different. Let's make this green, delicious and creamy soup right now!
