Lemon Pepper Pasta with Seasoned Shrimps

Lemon Pepper Pasta with Seasoned ShrimpsThis is a lemony pasta with a generous amount of peppers and fresh shrimps. I've used good old Parmesan cheese, fettuccine pasta and red shrimps for making this delicious recipe. You can change the pasta and cheese as per your preference. I've also added a small amount of eggplants and zucchini to make it bit colorful. Lemon is the real twist in this pasta as it adds a completely unique flavor to this preparation. Since this pasta contains veggies, seafood, and fiber, it is a complete meal that's fulfilling and nourishing. If shrimps are not available in your locality, you can replace them with chicken chunks or any sea fish. Vegetarians can use button mushrooms or spicy tofu omitting the shrimps altogether.
