Tangy Pasta with Basil and Green Onions

Tangy Pasta with Basil and Green OnionsMy favorite Farfalle can be made in so different ways. I always include tomatoes in my every pasta dish to ensure the presence of an authentic flavor. This one also contains a generous amount of basil and green onions. One of the secrets of making good pasta is to ensure that it's neither too hard nor too squishy. We're only going to use the bottom tuberous part of green onions for this pasta. You can also use a combination of finely chopped basil and mint to give it a slightly different flavor. Addition of bell peppers and cabbage is also recommended in case you want to add more fiber to the dish. I generally prefer Parmesan cheese for all of my pasta recipes, but you may change or omit it as per your taste.
