Minced Lamb Kebabs with Garlic Sauce

Minced Lamb Kebabs with Garlic SauceThis is yet another kebab recipe made from finely minced lamb meat. I've also used a generous amount of parsley and green onions to give them a completely different flavor. These kebabs taste best when consumed with a hot homemade garlic sauce. And if you want to enjoy the real flavor, roast them on a charcoal grill and serve absolutely hot. While making this recipe, make sure you remove extra moisture from the minced lamb else kebabs won't hold up nicely while you roast them on the grill. To enhance the flavor, you can also add chickpea flour in this recipe. For best results, keep the seasoned minced lamb overnight in a refrigerator so that all the flavors are absorbed well by the meat.
