Pineapple Fried Rice with MintPineapple is one of the versatile fruits that can be used in different kinds of recipes. Today's fried rice recipe is powered by mint and pineapple giving you a totally unique flavor. This fried rice is easily digested due to the generous amount of mint present in them. Pineapple adds the fruity and tangy flavor to liven up your taste buds. Remember; do not use extremely raw pineapple pieces with this recipe as it may spoil the texture. That's why I've used mint to balance the extreme tangy flavor of the pineapple. You must also use unpolished rice for this recipe as they blend very well with added ingredients. Due to the presence of pineapple in the fried rice, you must consume it on the very same day.
