Curried Chicken Salad with Cranberries

Curried Chicken Salad with CranberriesThis spicy chicken salad is ideal for evening cocktail parties. Combined with cranberries and mayo, it will tantalize your taste buds without any doubt. I've used shredded chicken for this recipe, but you can use seasoned chicken breast too. The inclusion of both curry paste and cayenne pepper makes it quite hot. You can omit peppers for a milder version. As always, I'll advise you to consume this salad on the same day of preparation. You can make this salad with leftover chicken pieces too. This is an ideal way to reprocess it in an interesting way. You can also add avocado in this salad to make it more nutritious and healthy. Don't forget to use generous amount of extra virgin olive oil in this salad.
