Avocado Chicken Salad with Lime and CilantroAvocados are considered one of the best eatables for good health. If they're easily available in your locality, I'll strongly advise you to include them in your daily diet in different forms. Today's Avocado salad is extremely delicious and is filled with loads of protein and antioxidants. Vegetarians can use sweet potatoes and zucchini in place of shredded chicken used in this salad. Do not keep this salad for a long time and if the serving time is a couple of hours ahead, refrigerate it without any fail. This salad tastes best when you keep the flavor mild and stress with a bit tangy flavor. You can also combine it with salsa to give it a colorful look. Use fresh and a bit raw avocado so that the stuffing can be held firmly.
