Creamy Tomato Soup with Ginger and Cheese

Creamy Tomato Soup with Ginger and CheeseI always try to use cheese in every soup I make for my kids. Cheese not only makes the soup creamy but also add flavor to it. The following tomato soup has both sharpness of ginger and a creamy texture made from cream and cheese. Although I prefer the regular version of a tomato soup, I've made this one for my family members who prefer a much creamier and rich variant. To get the best results, use red cherry tomatoes as they give a unique taste to this recipe. If you want to be a bit adventurous, you can try adding carrots to this soup. I've added ginger in the form of a paste, but you can also add them as julienne. So let's make this creamy, appetizing and delicious soup in a quick way.
