Roasted Mutton Wrap with Garlic and RosemaryAlthough we consume red meat very rarely, I often make it for my uncle and husband. I've learned several variants of mutton commonly cooked in spicy gravy here in north India, but this one is completely different. I've taken seasoned mutton pieces wrapped in a layer of the boneless mutton sheet. This recipe can be improvised with local herbs available in your area. It goes very well with red wine and garlic bread. The same process can be used for chicken and lamb too. You can also add boiled eggs to the seasoned mutton pieces.
