Potato and Chicken Pizza with Rosemary

Potato and Bacon Pizza with RosemaryHave you ever used potatoes as a topping for a pizza? That's what we're going to do today! I've also used marinated chicken chunks to complement the potatoes. There are two ways to use potatoes in this recipe. Either you can use the slightly baked or slightly sautéed potatoes to make the topping bit crunchy. Remember, do not make the potato slices too thin or too thick else you may not get the best results. We need a bit hard crust for this pizza to support the potato topping firmly. You can also experiment with sweet potatoes but you may get a sweet topping with marinated and spicy chicken chunks. Although I've only used rosemary for this pizza, you can also combine it with dried herbs.
