Lemon Rosemary Salmon with Tomato Cucumber Salad

Lemon Rosemary Salmon with Tomato Cucumber SaladThis scrumptious salmon recipe is mild yet its tangy and aromatic flavor will leave a long-lasting impression on your mind. I always prefer to use lime with salmon as it gives a unique flavor to the fillets. Although my husband prefers seafood in thick spicy gravy, at times I make the grilled version to give him a surprise. The combination of juicy salad with the fillet makes it a complete meal. Although I've used rosemary for the fillet seasoning, you can use other dried herbs too to further enhance the flavor. To ensure that the fillet is tenderized well, make sure you soak it in lime juice for at least 1/2 an hour. You must also ensure to use the right quantity of lime to avoid extreme tangy flavor.
