Grilled Tuna with Squash and TomatoesIf you don't like squash, try this recipe and I'm sure you'll start loving it. There are several types of tuna available in the market and you can use them in different forms. If you don't like tuna, you can use salmon or a freshwater fish as well. Although I've used a simple and mild seasoning for tuna, you can also prepare a separate sauce for grilled pieces. To make it a bit crunchy, you can also consider adding some nuts to the squash and tomato base. While grilling tuna fillets, use a toothpick to check whether it's cooked or not! If a toothpick goes inside easily and comes out clean, your fish is ready for consumption. You can also serve seasoned fried rice with this recipe that includes shrimps and chicken.
