Prepare your charcoal grill and make this flavorful eggplant slices flavored with delicious spices and herbs to make your meal fulfilling and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 400 gm eggplants
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried and powdered)
- 1/2 tsp thyme (dried and powdered)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (coarsely ground)
- oodles of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- I'll strongly advocate for having a charcoal grill for making this recipe.
- You can either use long or round eggplants for this preparation.
- Wash all the eggplants and make quarter inch thick slices.
- Mix oregano, thyme, black pepper powder and salt in a small bowl.
- Arrange eggplants on a large plate and sprinkle the seasoning on top.
- Mix it well so that the spices are applied on both sides of the slices.
- Heat the charcoal grill.
- Apply olive oil on the slices and grill them for about 2 to 3 minutes from both sides
- Serve hot with tea and a tangy dip.
