Spicy Cottage Cheese with Herbs and CilantroCottage cheese is one of the best sources of protein here in India. It is widely consumed across the whole country. No wedding menu is complete without it. There are several grilled variants of cottage cheese in North India which I'll share some other day. Today's recipe is a spicy cottage cheese preparation with lots of herbs. It goes well both with rice and bread. In fact, you can also take it as a starter. If your cottage cheese gets hard from the edges during making this recipe, it means it's not of good quality. Best cottage cheese is made from cow's milk and if you can get the fresh supply nothing can be better than that. Let's make this recipe that's not only visually appealing but tastes great as well.
