Stuffed Potatoes with Cheese Bread Crumbs and VeggiesI'm always amazed by the number of ways we can include potatoes in different recipes. It's probably the most widely used vegetable around the globe. Today's interesting recipe includes baked potatoes that are stuffed with some tasty and crunchy ingredients to spice up your tea time. Although you can use potatoes with any shape, if you can find long potatoes in your local store, nothing can be better than that. Make sure you do not add more starch to this recipe in the form of sweet potatoes or a similar tuberous vegetable as potatoes already contain enough starch. You can also add sprouted beans to the stuffing to make it more nutritious and tasty. Let's quickly stuff our potatoes!

  3. Apply little bit of olive oil inside the potato boats and microwave for a minute.
  4. Take a large mixing bowl and add bread crumbs, tomatoes, onions, black pepper powder, minced garlic and salt.
  5. Mix well and stuff it well in all of the potato boats.
  6. Add shredded cheese and paprika powder on top.
  7. Grill in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

  9. You can also cover two potato halves opposite to one another to make a closed stuffing.
