Grilled Sable Fish with Black Bean SauceThe versatility of black bean sauce makes it a popular choice for including in different types of main course meals. Today's recipe is for all the fish lovers who like grilled tender fish fillets. I've used sablefish for this preparation which can be replaced by any freshwater fish. If you don't like black bean sauce, a mint flavored dip goes very well with this fish. This preparation will taste best if you make it on a charcoal-based grill. Do not pierce the fish pieces before grilling as it may break them during the process. If you want to experiment, you can also combine this fish with seasoned shrimps and some lightly shallow fried veggies. So let's make this delicate and aromatic main course preparation.
