Fried Prawn with Garlic Sauce and PepperFried prawns combined with a spicy sauce beat almost everything. They're not only scrumptious but are also very nourishing. Remember, if you do not find good prawns in your market, you can easily replace them with small shrimps or freshwater fish. I've used a variant of Chinese garlic sauce with this recipe including a lot of hot peppers. If you feel it is too hot for your tongue, you can reduce the number of peppers. Needless to say, fried rice is one of the right combinations with these fried prawns. My kids love it with their good old tomato ketchup and my husband prefers it with a spicy pepper dip. So let's make these crunchy, spicy and tasty prawns that are perfect for evening cocktail parties.
