  • 1 kg big and fresh potatoes
  • 1/5 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/5 tsp dried rosemary powder
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste


  1. Wash all the potatoes under running cold water.
