Leek fried egg sandwichIf your kids don't like egg, just stuff it into a tasty sandwich. That's what I've done in today's recipe. I've made the buns bit crunchy by layering them with semolina and then by quickly shallow frying them. This sandwich is not only tasty but is also full of nutrients with the goodness of mushrooms and leek. Instead of simple fried egg, you can also use seasoned boiled egg crumbles. It's a perfect recipe for Sunday breakfast that you can take with a glass of orange juice. Almost every sandwich goes very well with different kinds of sauces. The one that you use on a daily basis can be added to this recipe. While making this sandwich, do not saute the veggies too much else the crunchiness will vanish and you may not get the original taste.
