Fried boneless lambTender meat of lamb tastes great when cooked with spicy sauces or gravy. Today's preparation includes boneless lamb meat with a coat of butter and pineapple sauce. It's a perfect preparation for your brunch as well as for the parties. This delicacy goes well with a good quality red wine. Butter is an important part of this recipe, so you must take every care not to replace it with any kind of cooking oil. Since this recipe involves deep-frying in butter, you can keep it refrigerated for at least 2 days. If you want to avoid deep frying, you can grill it with butter coating. Although I've not pierced the meat in this recipe, you can do so in the second phase to let sauce go deep into the tender juicy meat.
