Chicken Sandwich with Cheese and Grilled Tomatoes

Chicken Sandwich With Cheese And Grilled TomatoesGrilled chicken breast is one of my favorite recipes, but how about stuffing the same in a cheesy sandwich? Here's a tasty chicken sandwich with a layer of grilled tomatoes. The cheesy and tangy bite with a juicy chicken breast feels like heaven. You can also use turkey in place of chicken. Smoked or grilled potatoes can also go well with this sandwich provided you do not make a very thick layer of the same. Tomatoes used in this recipe are blanched and grilled for added flavor. If you do not want to go through this process, you can saute them normally in a shallow frying pan. Although I've not added green veggies in this sandwich, there's still scope for lettuce or a similar substitute.
