Chicken Salad with Red Peppers and Grapes

Chicken Salad With Red Peppers And GrapesYou can use this salad as a spread for your toast or sandwich. Just because I'm obsessed with chicken, I try to include it in every recipe in different forms. This fruity salad has tender chicken breast and the spiciness of red peppers. Don't panic, I've removed the fire from these peppers through a simple trick. If you're not comfortable with using normal red peppers, you can easily replace them with red bell peppers. The same thing applies to red grapes used in this salad. If they're not available in your area, you can substitute them with black grapes. I've also used a unique combination of mint and basil in this salad. It gives a new twist to this recipe giving a completely different flavor.
