Unique fried ice cream recipe

Try this unique and mouthwatering ice cream recipe where you will fry it to perfection with a crispy covering and delicious flavored syrup on top of the coating.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Servings: 6

  • 5 to 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 gm corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 6 tsp caramel
  • 6 tsp rose water
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • vegetable oil for frying


  1. Grind corn flakes in a mixer and make fine powder.
  2. Roll over ice cream scoops in corn flakes powder to create a layer.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Beat one egg in a bowl.
  4. Apply egg on the flakes layer with brush.
  5. Again rollover within flakes powder to create second layer.
  6. Refrigerate again for at least 1 hour.
  7. Mix caramel, cinnamon powder, rose water and powdered sugar.
  8. Mix them well to create a smooth dip.
  9. Fry layered ice cream scoops on high flame for about a minute.
  10. Spread cinnamon caramel dip on top and serve hot.
