Toasted Sandwich With Bocconcini Mozzarella And Cherry TomatoesYou can make sandwiches in almost infinite ways with different fillings and ingredients. They can be as simple as a simple layering of butter or as rich as a group of layers made with several ingredients. Today's sandwich recipe is extremely simple, yet it tastes great. I've used my favorite mozzarella cheese and loads of cherry tomatoes. If you want, you can also add shredded chicken for a more filling breakfast. Although I've taken regular white bread for this sandwich, you can also replace it with brown bread. If Bocconcini mozzarella is not available in your area, you can replace it either with regular mozzarella or you can use Parmesan cheese. Similarly, cherry tomatoes can be replaced with regular tomatoes too. Let's make this simple, tasty and yummy sandwich ideal for tea time or breakfast.
