Tofu and Rice Patties with Parsley Cheese Dip

Tofu And Rice PattiesMy kids and relatives love patties and so do I. Generally, we used to make potato patties with different kinds of delicious fillings like corn or cereals spiced up with select ingredients. Couple of days before, I experimented with some left over rice and the dish came out quite well. It's a delicious starter and is perfect for consuming as a tea time snack. I've taken a combination of fresh tofu and boiled rice along with a cheesy dip. You can replace rice with parboiled corn or potatoes to get a different taste and texture. Although my little ones prefer tomato flavor dips, I chose a different one for this recipe. So let's get started and make this tasty and fulfilling patty preparation for our loved ones.
