Here, I'm going to present my own recipe for the green tea. I drink decaffeinated green tea because caffeine makes me sick. You can use the regular green tea if it suits you. I have been drinking green tea for almost 10 years now and it is my best beverage. I have always seen people drinking lemon/lime green tea and many other flavors, but I like to drink my own version.

  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • pinch of black pepper powder
  • pinch of rock salt
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Pour in cups and add all the ingredients.
  3. Stir well and serve.
Note: Use honey to add flavor!
