Delicious Dill and Whitebait Fritters

On with 0 Comment
It's time to cook up some crisp fritters flavored with fresh dill. We've used whitebait for this one with a light seasoning. You can make it rapidly in just a quarter of an hour. Instead of using dill, local fresh green herbs can also be used. Classic whitebait fritters are shallow fried in butter though you are free to deep fry them in your preferred oil. These fritters are done pretty quickly, so make sure the temperature is not too high while you fry these delicious bites. You can also serve fried potato sticks with these fritters. A crisper version of the same can be prepared by adding a portion of semolina in the flour. It's time to quickly make these extremely delicious and mouthwatering fritters.
