It's time to make a delicious snack recipe for tea time. Calamari fritters are one of my favorites and I can make it in different forms. The seasoning used for these fritters can be changed to match with your taste. If you really want to make them fired up, add red chili flakes or finely chopped green chilies. Leftovers of these fritters can be coarsely minced for using as a filling in corn tacos. Do not overcook these fritters as they are done quickly and keep the flame low once the oil reaches the right temperature. You can prepare these fritters at the last moment right before serving if the preparations are completed in advance. Let's make this delicious and crispy calamari snack in a few easy steps.
