Salads based on fruits are not only delicious but grade better on the nutrition quotient too. Here's a simple yet extremely delicious fruity salad platter made with totally ripe honeydew melon with Corella pear mixed with dried cranberries and raisins. I've not used any dressing for this salad as it may spoil the entire texture and flavor of the fruits. Simply peel and slice the fruits and cut them in your desired shape. You can arrange them in your preferred way to please your loved ones. Instead of dried cranberries, you can finish the plating with coarsely ground nuts. Refrigerate it for about 15 minutes before serving. Let's quickly make this simple yet healthy salad platter in a few minutes.
