Paprika Glazed Lamb Skewers

On with 0 Comment
It's time to make something spicy for the weekend party. How about flavorful lamb skewers grilled to perfection on a charcoal fire? All we need is tender boneless lamb chunks and some really hot and aromatic spices to elevate the flavor of these skewers. As always, I'll suggest you to slightly change or moderate the spices as per your taste to get your own variant. You can also roast these marinated lamb chunks in a skillet if you don't have skewers or charcoal fire. For best results, you can refrigerate the marinated meat overnight. Serve these skewers with flat bread and a bowl of spicy sauce. If lamb is not handy, do not hesitate in using tender chicken breast chunks for making the same preparation.
