Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Cream Cheese and Spinach

This fulfilling sandwich is a complete meal combining the goodness of spinach and salmon. Use sesame bread to add the crunchiness in the sandwich. You can also use flat pita bread for this recipe. I've used ready made smoked salmon sheets though you can smoke at home too. Cream cheese is highly recommended though you can replace it with your favorite cheese variant. Either use tender and small spinach leaves or blanch it before stuffing in the sandwich. If you really like spicy stuff, drizzle sweet chili sauce on top before serving these sandwiches. Addition of bacon can add more flavor though I prefer to prepare it just with smoked salmon. So let's make this tasty sandwich for breakfast.
