Mustard and Parsley Coated Steamed Trout

On with 0 Comment
Fresh steamed fish not only smells like heaven but tastes great as well. And, when it is coated with flavorful seasoning, nothing can match it. Mustard greens are naturally flavored that's perfect for using them as a seasoning agent in different main course recipes. Instead of steaming this trout, you can also shallow fry it. This way, you'll get the crispier version of the same. Serve it piping hot with steamed rice or bread. You can drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top of the streamed fish right after plating it. Instead of using trout, red snapper can also be used, provided it is fresh. If you want to get the authentic taste, wrap the fish in banana leaves after seasoning and slowly steam in a bamboo basket.
