Lamb Meatballs Pizza with Mozzarella and Spicy Tomato Sauce

On with 0 Comment
I often use lamb as a pizza topping and this one is no different. And, when made with cheese and spicy seasoning agents, it simply rocks. I've used whole lamb meatballs topped with spicy green sauce on top of it. Addition of tender spinach leaves perfectly complements the underlying spicy and creamy topping. You can use the same meatballs in a spicy curry to make an entirely new dish. Sometimes, instead of using whole meatballs, I crumble them and mix in the entire topping base. To make a lighter version, use grilled cottage cheese instead of lamb meatballs. This rich pizza crust should be slightly thicker than the regular ones else it may break during cooking. So here we go to make this tasty pizza!
