Zucchini, Caper and Onion Pizza with Lemon and Fennel

On with 0 Comment
I often use zucchini in pizza toppings as they go so well with other ingredients. The following pizza includes several delicious flavoring agents to make the entire topping, a delight. For best results, cut the thinnest possible slices of zucchini and onion. Do not overcook this pizza else it may not taste that great. Including zucchini in pizzas is one of the best ways to ensure your kids eat it without any resistance. This pizza is light on stomach with very less oil. I've used white onion for this pizza which can be replaced with red onion to get more sharpness in the flavor. I prefer to sprinkle coarsely ground dried herbs on top before serving this pizza. Let's quickly make this nutritious vegan pizza.
