Salt and Pepper Calamari with Chips and Salad

On with 0 Comment
I've made several fried calamari recipes in the past, but this one is quite different. The accompanying potato chips and tangy salad perfectly complements the primary serving. The batter for these calamari fritters is very simple, yet they are totally irresistible. Instead of classic pepper seasoning, you can also try out local dried herbs to get a familiar taste. You can also serve this fried calamari with a creamy or spicy dip bowl. If some batter is left, you can coat some fish fillets to make their fritters too. Instead of deep frying, you can also saute them in a nonstick grill pan. To get the best results, make sure you buy small calamari rings. Let's make this awesome, crispy and scrumptious fried calamari recipe.
