Ingredients:
  • 40 gm black peppercorns
  • 20 gm cloves
  • 40 gm cinnamon sticks
  • 30 gm black cardamoms (peeled)
  • 20 gm black cumin seeds
  • 10 gm green cardamoms (peeled)
  • 10 gm coriander seeds

Instructions:

  1. On a low flame lightly roast all the whole spices on a griddle till a pungent smell is released.
  2. Grind them into slightly coarse powder.
  3. Store in an air tight container and use whenever required.
