Ingredients:
  • bunch of snow pea leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • 6 to 8 garlic cloves (mashed)
  • few drops of sesame oil
  • peanut oil for shallow frying
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash snow peas leaves under running water.
  2. Take a large nonstick fry pan and heat peanut oil on a low flame.
  3. Add mashed garlic and saute for a minute.
  4. Add snow pea leaves and sprinkle sesame oil and salt from top.
  5. Toss and stir fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with your main course entry and salad.
