Tiger Salad with Chili Flakes and Sesame Oil

On with 0 Comment
First of all, let me clarify that this awesome recipe is named tiger salad traditionally and has nothing to do with the magnificent animal. The dressing of this salad is quite sharp; probably that's why it is called tiger salad. It is ideal for serving with cocktail preparations and grilled food. If you want to keep this salad for up to 48 hours, add few drops of white vinegar in the dressing. You can avoid chili flakes to tone down the sharpness. As always, you can add more local salad ingredients to increase the number of servings. Leftovers of this salad can be easily stuffed in sandwiches and burgers. Let's quickly make this appetizing, fiber packed and delicious salad preparation for our family members.
