Spicy and tangy capsicum and cucumber salad

Do once make this tangy, sweet and spicy salad preparation made with cucumber and bell peppers which are spiced up with flavorful seasoning ingredients.

Servings: 5

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup capsicum (diced)
  • 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 to 3 tsp fresh lime juice
  • few drops of sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. To get the best results, make it fresh right before serving.
  2. Take a large salad bowl and add capsicum, cucumber, red onion and tomatoes in it.
  3. Toss and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Take a small bowl and add fresh lime juice, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and a pinch of salt in it.
  5. Whip it for a minute with a small spoon.
  6. Pour the salad dressing on the salad.
  7. Toss and mix with a wooden spatula.
  8. Serve immediately with your main course entry.
