Breadcrumbs Coated Grilled Chicken with Roasted Vegetables

On with 0 Comment
After seafood, I prefer to make chicken recipes in different forms. This includes a nice and subtle breadcrumbs coating on the chicken breast. It is served with delicious roasted vegetables to make it a complete meal. I've used slightly thin layer of breadcrumbs which can be changed to suit your preferences. You can also shallow or deep fry this recipe. For roasted vegetables, use seasonal ingredients to get the best results. Squeeze lime juice on top before serving it piping hot. Using peanut or canola oil can give you the best crispy texture. If you can manage, cook vegetable fried rice along with this recipe to make it a main course entry. Let's make this dual delight preparation for our loved ones.
