Minced Beef Fried Rice

I can prepare beef and rice preparations in different styles and the following recipe is one of them. Comparatively beef takes much longer time to cook than rice and one must ensure it is added at the right time in the final preparation after cooking it separately. Needlessly to say, you can always substitute some of the ingredients mentioned in the list with your preferred local variants. This recipe tastes best when consumed hot so make sure you prepare it fresh and serve piping hot. Lamb mince also tastes great using the same ingredients with long grain rice. To get a rich flavor, you can use chicken stock for cooking the rice. Let's make this delicious rice preparation for our family members.
