Believe it or not, fried crab is as good as vegetable fritters provided the spices and batter are selected with care. Soft shell crab is not only easy to consume, but also tastes great. This popular crab variant is ideal for making fried preparations. The secret to good deep fried fritters is the crispiness, proportions of spices and the way you fry it. Instead of crab, you can also use calamari or boneless fish. While serving this crab, you can also sprinkle dried herbs on top to liven up the flavor. Tiger prawn fritters can also be prepared in a similar way. I'll share that one some other day. For now, let's prepare this delicious and mildly flavored crispy soft shell crab preparation that's ideal for your tea time party.
